The Spiritual Cause of Endometriosis

Recently I found myself dancing and swaying with a man in a way my body had been craving. I told him that I wanted to lean back onto his chest and just move my body any way that came through me – to just let go and really feel the music. He happily obliged. He held my waist and stroked my arms as I swiveled my hips and relaxed my head back into him. This felt glorious and liberating to my system.

I felt so anchored by his presence and so landed in my own body – like scattered pieces of my energy came flooding back to me.

Even today, going about mundane tasks like cleaning the kitchen and schlepping the clothes out to the laundry shack, I am feeling so, so home in my body.
And I landed the answer to:

“What is the spiritual cause of endometriosis?”

A woman who has endometriosis has been trying to find an emotional home and putting down roots in painful places.

Endometriosis is uterine tissue that has run amok. This womb tissue grows in places that are not the womb which usually causes the woman an agonizing amount of pain. The growth of this rogue tissue is driven by estrogen – which is a building or proliferative hormone. So in essence, it is womb tissue that moves to another, inappropriate location, puts down its roots, and starts building itself up by cranking out the hormone that makes itself grow.

Clever girl.

But why do that?

If we look deeper into the mind and the heart of the woman, we will see that she has been putting down mental and emotional roots in places that do not serve her health or happiness. It is as if the feminine has been running around (migrating cells) and putting down roots (growing new cells) in painful places (outside of the womb/home).

She does this because her heart longs to feel at home and indeed is unable to feel safe in her own body – because, with the cyclical, painful bouts of endometrial flare-ups, the body becomes an incessant rival.

This is a physical manifestation of the abandonment and rejection wounds and often stems from having a parent who was not attentive, even while present.

So she latches on to things, people, and ideas that could feel like home – even if they hurt. All the while she feels spread out – weakened by her tender & unpredictable condition. Constantly building something new; constantly searching for a home.

Before a woman can truly feel at home with a man, she must first put down roots inside her own body, in the center of her femininity – in her womb. Otherwise, she will sink into entitlement and isolation when she fears that her sense of home and safety are threatened.

Most healthy men will tell you that they love to be that safe anchor for their woman and their family – they are wired to do so. Yet he cannot be her only source of security. Her real sense of safety starts with being anchored in God and it can be a process – depending on your current state of mind and body.

Gentlemen, if your woman has endometriosis or you just want her to be able to relax into you, help her to feel anchored by becoming more anchored yourself. Look for pockets of chaos that you bring to the table and see how you being centered and decisive has a soothing effect on her nervous system.

Try standing behind her and let her lean back into you as she moves her body and shimmies and dances. Just be there with her, move with her. Feel how, with you as the post behind her, she can let go even 5% more and get out of her head. Feel how she drops down into herself. Feel how the pillar of your support turns her on and opens her to you.

Ladies, you don’t have to have endometriosis to benefit from this sensual dance of polarity and trust. When a man allows me to dance with him like this, I feel so incredible present in my body and I soften right into him. It’s really lovely. (I highly recommend “I’ll Take You There” by the Staple Singers. Lawd, that’s hot.)

If you are between dance partners, you can try this practice with God and a wall or a door jam. Lean back onto the pillar of God’s power in your life. Allow yourself to feel His mast of support behind you. Move your body and loosen all the areas that feel tight or restricted. Let yourself be wild and sensual before the Divine. Feel how that gathers you back to yourself.

Sometimes we need to pick up the pieces of our scattered energy and come all the way back home to ourselves. It is the home within yourself that must come first, no matter what weird things the world is doing.

Come on back now. Your power is waiting.

There is no escaping when it is “your time” to die.

The amount of non-living that the living are currently being asked to abide by to avoid the Divine timing of when God calls us home is restricting the life-force of humanity.

There is no escaping when it is “your time” to die.

In 2008, I spent a year as a newbie doctor in the world of oncology. I sat, administering nutrient IV’s, listening, and holding the trembling and frightened hands of patients who knew that God was calling them home.

And I was fortunate enough to learn irrefutable lessons about death, the dying, and the exquisite wisdom that comes through men and women when they sense the angel of death is ready to escort them home.

Remarkably, each terminally ill patient had common threads within their transmission that feel relevant to our trying times:

I wish I would have travelled more.

I wish that I would have spent more time loving than worrying.

I wish that I would have done more of what makes ME happy.

I wish that I would have gotten OUT THERE more.

I wish that I would have let myself FEEL FREE.

The living cannot control when someone dies, even with the best of intentions and inventions.
And life is best lived in loving, liberation, and doing what lights us up.

Right now, the world, the media are littered with the vibration of blame because people are dying from VARIOUS CAUSES when we would be better served with information on what to do to increase our life-force.

Blame means that you believe that someone or something outside of you has forced you to become a victim. Any amount of blame on something outside ourselves, whether a pathogen, a system of government, or anything else is perpetrating victim consciousness.

Victim consciousness is the root of co-dependency, which is the real wide-spread pathology that ails humanity…not a bug of any kind.

So what would happen if blame was simply not available in the field?

We would each be 100% responsible for our own life-force and power…and we ARE.

So what does it look like to be in absolute responsibility for our own life-force and power?

It is better, and makes more scientific sense to tend to the terrain of the body rather than to blame or to restrict life. I know that this may sound crass to some, but it is also better to stop viewing death as a victim-bound tragedy and remember that God calls you home when it is your time-like it or not.

Here is where you can begin increasing your life-force if you would like some direction:

Start with the elements that make up the body AND the earth that you agreed to live upon-for now.

Earth: Vitamins, minerals and feet on the earth. Magnesium and Vitamin C are depleted in times of extreme stress and therefore their replenishment is crucial. Vitamin D does more than build bones, it is a pro-hormone with volumes of “jobs” in the body. Studies are showing that patients with devastating symptoms of lung infection are vitamin d deficient and that vitamin c deficiency increase risk of infection in the first place. Find out the dosages that you need according to your diet, your distance from the equator, and the amount of melanin in your skin. This varies from person to person.

Water: If you want to live in flow but feel stifled or confined, let the element of water speak to you and supply you with personal intel about hydration and allowing life and love to flow. Get into living waters, take salt baths, and let your emotions out.

Fire: If you are not doing what makes you feel a creative spark, then this is your Divine nudge to get up and allow God to create through you. Sunlight and the fire of passion in your creative work is legit medicine when you allow it to penetrate your system.

Air: Sound, voice, and thought are all related to the air element. Have you noticed that VOICE in the form of podcasts and emerging apps like Clubhouse are becoming more popular? For those willing to hear, the Voice of God is supplying the HOW in life and business. Breathe it in. Discern what is right for yourself. Follow your nudges with faith. Allow the breath of God as holy nourishment.

Feel each of the elements in your system as you read this post. What comes up for you? What is your body and heart asking for?

For those who are truly on an ascension path, blame is never going to work again so it is time to clean up every bit of blame from your field like Kali with her flaming sword of death and rebirth.

And for the sake of your human body, it is imperative to tend to the terrain of the body so you can LEAD.

As alpha women, we lead and we let things die when it is time. It is not easy, but you can feel in your bones that there is a power greater that all of us as work here.

The recipe is simple: Release any and all attachments and blame. Know your true yes and no. Tend to your body, your heart, and obey the voice of God in your ear.

Tanto amore,

Dr. S
